MOKOTE™ 350 – A solvent based coating

MOKOTE™ 350 สีทาแบบทรายหล่อ และไส้แบบทรายหล่อ ชนิดผสมแอลกอฮอล์

เป็นสีทาแบบทราย มีส่วนผสมของกราไฟต์ และอลูมิโน่ซิลิเกต สามารถใช้กับแบบหล่อทรายได้ทุกชนิด เช่น sodium silicate, furan และ alkaline phenolic เหมาะสำหรับใช้กับ เหล็กหล่อ และโลหะนอกกลุ่มเหล็กทุกเกรด เหมาะสำหรับใช้จุ่ม (Dipping) และการเทราด ฺ(Over-poured)

วิธีการใช้งาน : ใช้ IPA / Ethanol / Methanol เจือจาง และผสมให้เข้ากันจนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน (เนื่องจากเซอร์คอนมีน้ำหนักมากต้องหมั่นกวนสม่ำเสมอ) แล้วเช็คบูเม่ (Baume) ให้ได้ตามบูเม่ที่ระบุไว้ข้างล่าง และหลังจากที่ใช้กับแบบทราย หรือไส้แบบทรายเรียบร้อยแล้วต้องทำให้แบบทราย หรือไส้แบบทรายแห้งสนิทก่อนที่จะนำไปใช้งาน

บูเม่ (Baume) ที่แนะนำ

– แปรงทา (Brushing)         28 – 33 ^o

– พ่นสเปรย์ (Spraying)      25 – 30 ^o

– จุ่ม (Dipping)                  20 – 25 ^o

– เทราด (Over-poured)     20 – 25 ^o

MOKOTE™ 350 is graphite and alumino-silicate in alcohol for use as a refractory coating in foundry applications.The coating can be applied to all commonly use sand binder types including sodium silicate, furan, alkaline phenolic systems and full mould process. It is suitable for application by dipping and brushing. It can improve resistance to metal penetration, burn on, veining and scabbing defects. It is designed for medium and big sized cores of iron castings and non-ferrous castings.
