AIRBOND ™ 100 is liquid glue that gives strong joints quickly. It can be used on all types of sand.

AIRBOND ™ 100 is sealant, used for sealing joints and gaps between cope and drag of moulds made by any process. It is also employed for sealing core prints, round vents and under pouring brushes. It compensates, in part, for mould or box flexing, sand spring back or concentration and other factors that contribute to poor joints that could result in metal run-out.

Application      Apply AIRBOND ™ 100 rapidly around the edge of one side then press the opposing faces firmly together. The jointing should be finished within 60 seconds. It will air dry quite rapidly.
