วิธีใช้งาน

• ทำความสะอาดผิวหน้าของแม่พิมพ์ให้สะอาดหมดจด
• เจือจาง MOSLIP™ 12 ด้วยน้ำ โดยผสมอัตราส่วน 1:3 ถึง 1:10 ขึ้นอยู่กับรูปร่าง และอุณหภูมิของแม่พิมพ์
• ใช้สเปรย์พ่นที่แม่พิมพ์ให้ได้ความหนาที่เหมาะสม

MOSLIP™ 12 is an aqueous release agent designed particularly for shell moulding machine to prevent sticking of the sand to the die surface. It is a high concentration release agent.

Application

• Thoroughly clean the die surfaces.
• Dilute MOSLIP™ 12 range to 1:3 to 1:10 with water depending on the shape and temperature of mould.
• Using spray gun apply the appropriate layer thickness
