สีทาแบบทราย มีส่วนผสมของอลูมิโน-ซิลิเกต เหล็กออกไซต์ และกราไฟต์ สามารถใช้กับแบบหล่อทรายได้ทุกชนิด เช่น sodium silicate, furan และ alkaline phenolic เหมาะสำหรับใช้กับเหล็กหล่อ และโลหะนอกกลุ่มเหล็ก

สามารถช่วยแก้ปัญหาน้ำโลหะแทรก, ทรายหลอมติดชิ้นงาน, และครีบส่วนเกินได้ สามารถใช้งานกับไส้แบบที่มีขนาดปานกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ได้

MOKOTE™ 200 is aluminosilicate, iron oxide and graphite in water for use as a refractory coating in foundry applications. The coating is suitable for the production of castings in grey and ductile iron as well as non-ferrous alloys. The coating can be applied to all commonly use sand binder types including furan, alkaline phenolic systems and full mold process. It is suitable for application by dipping and brushing. It can improve resistance to metal penetration, burn on, veining and scabbing defects. It is designed for medium and big sized cores.
