MOKOTE™ PD 52 – สีทาแบบชนิดผง

ใช้ทาแม่แบบโลหะหรืออุปกรณ์ ที่สัมผัสกับน้ำโลหะอลูมิเนียม และเหล็กหล่อ เช่น Launders, Crucibles, Tools และอื่นๆ โดยนำผงมาผสมน้ำแล้วนำไปทา

สำหรับอลูมิเนียมใช้ทาเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาการละลายของเหล็กลงในน้ำโลหะอลูมิเนียม เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพผิวชิ้นงานที่ดี และยืดอายุการใช้งานของภาชนะและอุปกรณ์

วิธีการใช้งาน : ใช้ผสมกับน้ำ ในอัตราส่วนผสม 1:1 แล้วกวนผสมให้เข้ากันจนเป็นเนื้อครีมเดียวกัน  (ถ้าที่อัตราส่วน 1:1 แนะนำว่าควรเผาหรืออุ่นแบบโลหะหรืออุปกรณ์ที่อุณหภูมิประมาณ 60 – 80° C ก่อนทา แต่ถ้าต้องการให้ติดทน และหนาขึ้น ควรผสมกับน้ำในอัตรา 1:2 และ เผาหรืออุ่นแบบโลหะหรืออุปกรณ์ที่อุณหภูมิประมาณ 300 – 400° C ก่อนนำมาจุ่ม หรือทาแบบโลหะ หรืออุปกรณ์) ถ้าเกิดการสึกหรอระหว่างใช้งานสามารถนำมาทาทับได้

MOKOTE^™ PD 52  – A water based coating for general iron castings. It can also be used as a launder, ladle or tools coating. For Aluminium, a continuous coating of all parts prevents iron pick-up of the melt, protects the parts and increases their lifetime.

MOKOTE^™ PD 52 is mixed into water at a ratio of 1:1. It is recommended to heat up the tools to about 60 – 80° C respectively to apply the coating on the still hot launder. If you want higher thickness of coating, you have to mix MOKOTE^™ PD 52 with water at a ratio of 1:2 and heat up the tools to about 300 – 400 ° C.
