NEOFLUX™ 300 – Furnace Wall Cleaning Flux for Aluminium Melting Furnace

NEOFLUX™ 300 is a wall cleaning flux for aluminium melting furnace lining to remove oxide or dross build-up.

How to apply:
Preheat empty furnace until lining changes to red colour (Temp ~800-850 ^oC). Use Flux Feeder to spray the entire wall furnace area with NEO FLUX™ 300. Re-heat for 15 minutes, then use scraping tool to clean wall. It should apply NEO FLUX™ 300 once per week to prevent accumulation of build-up.
